Delicious dumplings! This was the best dumplings i’ve ever had and most creative options for dumplings!! they have soup dumplings, which were very unique and were absolutely delicious and fun to try. i had the pork soup dumplings and highly recommend them! their fried pork dumplings were also incredibly good and they have their own unique style as well with flaky crust that adds a slight crunch to the dumplings. Also highly recommend the pink tea pared with the meal. staff was very nice and meal service was great. plenty of seating, this is a hot spot in town and well known for their tasty dumplings!
Great first impression. I stopped by with friends for lunch on their third day and I highly recommend it to everyone. We had the handmade scallion pancake, hot pot dish, veggie eggroll, hot & sour soup, beef skewers and the pork and crab soup dumpling. Really loved the scallion pancake and their soup dumpling just about rivals the gourmet dumpling house in China Town Boston. Price was very fair and the staff were more than eager to help. I would come here again for eating in or taking out.
The vibes at this spot are on point. The food here is authentic and delicious. We got so much food. The portion sizes are big. The dumplings are big. Everything was big including the taste! The aunties were in the back hand making the dumplings!! I love that it's somewhat close. Worth driving the 30 mins to get these tasty treats. I absolutely love that I don't have to go all the way to Boston for great dumplings! ♥️
Everything was absolutely fantastic. The soup dumplings rival that available in boston. The spicy stir fry was delicious flavored perfectly. The pan fried dumplings were also delicious but weren't as good as the soup dumplings.
Archetypal perfection!! The dumplings are served in huge portions and have a deliciously toothsome wrapper; the soup dumplings are unctuous and perfectly made; and the pork belly & rice bowl are absolutely out of this world, melt-in-your-mouth good with an excellent broth and delicious spicing. The prices are very fair and the service is excellent, it is a smaller intimate space but so perfectly comfortable with fun interior decoration. I will be going here regularly, I already know it!
The food at Tasty Dumpling is authentic and delicious ! The dumplings are so tasty and the dough not too thick. The noodles are wonderful. The decor and outdoor patio very nice for dining. My only wish is that they would come to Salem, MA and open a restaurant here !
Having lived in China for 6 months, I'm very familiar with dim sum / dumplings from my time there. The pork and crab soup dumplings (xiaolongbao) were the best I have found in the US. The flavor and texture were perfection. The pot stickers were also fantastic, particularly the pork and kimchi. I live about a 40 minute drive, but after this experience I'll be looking for excuses to come back to Lowell.
My group of 3 was incredibly pleased - perhaps surprised by - this little shop. The dumplings had a wonderfully authentic crispy fan of lace and extremely satisfying, savory fillings. Everything was a hit. Definitely try the scallion pancakes, allll of their dumplings, and perhaps even one of their very rich and umami soups.
The Pork Soup Dumplings taste like Heaven! And the waitresses are so nice and sweet. They let you know when your food will be ready and it's never too long. The room feels so warm- I don't know how else to describe it. Best Dumplings spot ever.
